Returns
You may return eligible physical products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and free gifts included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (antivirus keys, digital game codes) once delivered or activated
- Opened software or sealed video games once opened
- Items damaged through misuse
How to Start a Return
Email admin@aonegetshopkart.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send you return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
